CODE OF CONDUCT
Dsignconsult IT ltd provides all the services, skills, expertise and know-how to satisfy the needs of the client, in order to achieve the best possible result in the design and strategic communication project.

RAW MATERIALS
We consider all materials provided by the client, such as: text, images, audio and video files, etc., complete and correct in each part. The client declares to possess all the necessary rights for their use in order to accomplish the project. Dsignconsult IT Ltd garantees the privacy of the client's information and protection and care of his materials.

DELIVERY
Our service includes the delivery of all necessary files for the appropriate media. We deliver optimized digital files through FTP service or e-mail. Any other request (e.g. courier) is on client's charges.

PROPERTY AND COPYRIGHT
* With the payment of the stipulated price the client acquires the rights to reproduce and distribute the creative ideas and projects.
*The original working source files, such as: .PSD, .INDD, .QXP, .AI, .FLA, and other, are exclusively property of Dsignconsult IT Ltd and their furniture is not included in the stipulated price. To receive the CD or DVD with the original files and acquire the rights of complete use, the client needs to pay an additional fee of 50%.
*All our projects are intellectual property of Dsignconsult IT Ltd and they are copyright protected. Any attempt of plagiarism will be considered violation of the rights of author and will be prosecuted by the law.
